Barber Client Book - Fade

Fade is a client book for barbers. Keep every client's cut specs, guard numbers and photos in one place and log each visit with its price and tip, so "same as last time" is written down, not remembered.

CLIENT PROFILES
- Name, nickname, phone, photo and status: new, regular, occasional or inactive
- Cut style (skin, low, mid, high, drop, burst or temp fade, taper, buzz, crew, flat top and more), guard numbers, fade details, top, lineup, sideburns, neckline and part or design
- Beard style, beard guard or length, and mustache
- Products used and product preferences, scalp conditions and skin sensitivities, with an allergy and sensitivity alert on the profile
- Notes and a default price for each client
- Every profile shows the number of visits, your total from that client and the date of the last visit
- Search by name, sort by name, recent visits, visit count or status, or list only the clients with scalp or skin notes

LOG EVERY VISIT
- Services: haircut, lineup or edge-up, beard trim, beard shape, hot towel shave, razor shave, eyebrow cleanup, kids cut, senior cut, design
- Guard numbers, what you did, changes from the usual, products, photos from your library, price, tip, payment method and notes
- Guard numbers, products and price fill in from the client's profile
- Quick Cut from the Home screen: pick the client, tap the services, enter the price and tip

Home shows today's total and number of cuts, the cuts you logged today, this week's cuts and total, and how many of your clients are regulars.

PORTFOLIO
Every photo you add to a visit appears in one grid, with the client's name, the guard numbers and the date.

GUARD AND BLADE REFERENCE
Clipper guard sizes from 000 to 8 with their lengths, blade sizes and a note on the clipper lever.

ICLOUD SYNC
Your client book syncs through iCloud, so it carries over to a new iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account.

FREE AND PRO
Everything above is free for up to 25 clients, with 2 photos per visit and the last 3 months of each client's visit history. Fade Pro adds:
- Unlimited clients, unlimited photos and the full visit history
- Income dashboard by week, month or year: total, cut prices and tips, number of cuts, average per cut, average tip and your most frequent services
- Expenses by category (chair rent, products, tools and equipment, marketing, education, insurance, other) and your net income
- Return reminders: a notification on your iPhone when a client is due back, 1 to 12 weeks after their last visit (you choose the interval)
- AI Barber Advisor: ask about technique, a consultation or a tricky cut and get an answer written by AI. Only the question you type is sent, never your client book.
- Portfolio export through the share sheet, for example to Instagram or TikTok
- CSV export of your clients and visits
- Year in Review: this year's clients, cuts, revenue and busiest month on a card you can share

In the US, Fade Pro is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year (US prices; other countries see their own price in the app). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings.
