Note: the app is currently available in Polish only. An English version is in preparation.

BartoliniPizza plans pizza dough backwards: you say when you want to bake, the app tells you how much of what to weigh and when to start.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick a style: Napoletana, Classica, Romana Tonda, Teglia alla Romana, Siciliana, Focaccia or gluten-free pizza.
2. Say how many pizzas or trays you bake (usually 1 pizza per person).
3. Set the day and hour you bake.

You get a recipe in grams (flour, water, salt, oil, yeast) and a schedule: when to knead, when to ball, when to take the dough out of the fridge, when to preheat.

MAKE IT YOURS
Under "More settings" choose your oven (home oven, electric pizza oven, gas or wood-fired), total rise time and fridge hours, room temperature, fresh or dry yeast, ball weight, hydration, salt, oil and flour. An empty field means the style's suggestion — one tap brings it back.

SAVED RECIPES
Save your favourite settings under your own name and open them with one tap, with a new baking time.

REMINDERS
Save a plan and turn on reminders — your phone notifies you before each step, even with the screen locked or after a restart. Change the baking time and the plan and reminders recalculate. Up to 5 active plans at once.

OFFLINE, NO ACCOUNT
Everything is calculated on your phone. The app does not connect to the internet, does not collect data and has no ads.
