BatchlyHQ

BatchlyHQ is the easy part of making ice cream. It keeps track of everything the kitchen needs in one place, so production runs smooth and there is less to remember.

You make the ice cream. We'll keep track.

RECIPES AND COSTS
Write each flavor's recipe and its mix once. BatchlyHQ prices every batch from what you paid for each ingredient, and tells you when a price rises on an invoice.

PRODUCTION
Plan the day's runs, scale a batch to your batch freezer, and give every batch its own code. Buckets, pints, and tubs each get a label with the right ingredients and allergens.

LABELS
Print labels straight to a Brother QL or Star label printer on the shop's Wi-Fi. Design your own label types for buckets, pints, and ingredients.

INVENTORY AND COUNTS
Count flavors, ingredients, and supplies in each freezer and on each shelf. See what is low before it runs out.

REQUESTS AND DELIVERIES
A scoop shop asks the kitchen for what it needs. The kitchen packs it, and everyone sees where it is.

INVOICES
Photograph a supplier's invoice and BatchlyHQ reads its lines and prices for you.

TRACEABILITY
Follow an ingredient's lot into every batch it went into, and every batch out to the shop that got it.

FOR THE WHOLE TEAM
Invite your team, each with their own role. A shared iPad at the counter signs people in with a PIN. Notifications tell the right person when something needs them.
