Battery Clock Widget

Known issue: Apple's APIs currently only allow getting the current battery level to within 5% so the value in the monitor will be rounded to the nearest 5%. If Apple changes the API, our app should update as well. This is a limitation of all apps that report the battery level on visionOS, not just ours.
