「BEAR-D」は、従来紙の問診票に記入していただいていたものを、iPadを使って入力して頂くアプリです。
高齢者やお子さまでも簡単に操作できるように、平易なインターフェースを提供します。
問診票は自由に作成でき、複数の問診票を管理できるため、症状に合わせて実施する問診票を選べます。
診療前の問診以外にも健診・検診の問診や、看護記録、アンケートなどのテンプレートを作成して活用することもできます。
【特徴】
●患者の負担軽減
画面をタッチするだけで質問に答えることができるため、記入する時間を短縮することができます。
●自由な問診票作成
それぞれの病院や診療科にあわせて、自由に問診票を作成することができます。
例えば、新型インフルエンザのような急な対応の場合でもすぐに問診票を作成してシステムとして稼動させることができます。
また多国語にも対応しており、質問は外国語で表示し、結果は日本語で表示することが可能です。
●医療スタッフの負担軽減
電子カルテと連動させることでスキャンやデータ入力の手間が不要になり、転記ミスを防ぐことができます。
●データの有効活用
記入した内容はXMLデータとして保存されるため、分析や統計も容易に行えます。
