BeastStreak is a gamified daily habit tracker designed specifically for ADHD brains. No setup paralysis, no guilt trips, no punishment for missed days. Just tap to complete, earn your points, and watch your score grow.
HOW IT WORKS
Your day is split into time blocks — Morning, Midday, and Evening. Only the current block shows on screen so you never feel overwhelmed. Tap a habit to complete it. Earn points. Move on.
Complete an entire block and earn a bonus. Complete everything and earn a Perfect Day. String days together and your streak multiplier kicks in.
URGE CONTROL
BeastStreak includes a built-in urge tracking system based on proven behavioral science. When an urge hits, log it in under 10 seconds — rate the intensity, note your trigger, and pick a strategy from the Quick Playbook (walk, surf, breathe). Earn points for every urge you surf and bonus points for holding your bright line each day.
THE SCORING SYSTEM
- Easy habits: +2 pts (brush teeth, drink water)
- Moderate habits: +3 pts (exercise, meal prep)
- Hard habits: +5-10 pts (cold shower, meditation)
- Block completion bonus: +5 pts each
- Perfect Day bonus: +20 pts
- Urge surfed: +3 pts each
- Held the line: +5 pts daily
- Streak bonus: +2 pts per consecutive day
No negative points. Ever. A missed habit is worth zero, not minus anything. Bad days reset cleanly — tomorrow is a new round.
STATS & ACHIEVEMENTS
Track your progress with score trend charts, a heatmap calendar showing your consistency, block performance radar, and urge pattern analysis. Unlock 20 achievements as you build momentum — from your first completed block to a 30-day streak.

BUILT ON SCIENCE
LifeScore is built on the compound growth principle from Atomic Habits: tiny improvements compound exponentially. One percent better each day means you double in 70 days. The app makes that math feel real through streaks, scores, and visual progress.
