2. Tap once a day to mark them done. Beat tracks your streaks, your completion rate, and your patterns — quietly, in the background.

3. Let Beat coach you. When the AI sees something useful, it offers a gentle suggestion you can take or ignore. Nothing is pushed.


PRIVACY YOU CAN ACTUALLY VERIFY

Beat does not have a server. There is no Beat account. Nothing about your habits is ever transmitted off your iPhone except the optional iCloud sync that Apple encrypts for you. The AI runs locally, every time. We can't see your data because we built Beat so we never could.
