EMAIL THINKING REVOLUTION
BeC is the only service in the world that classifies and automatically organizes your emails based on their priority and notifies only those that are really important for you.
BEC IS NOT ANOTHER EMAIL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE, IT INTEGRATES WITH YOURS!
BeC is compatible with your provider email and support +10 Languages.
BeC understands the importance of emails also based on their text, so it must be able to speak your language. At the moment the supported languages are:
Arabic, Chinese, French, English, Italian, Japanese, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, German.
ORGANIZED BY PRIORITY
Each new incoming email will be processed, classified and automatically associated with a specific priority. Email classification is based on your characteristics and habits, there are no more fixed rules or filters to configure.
You can choose up to 10 priority levels and you will no longer have to waste time tagging or manually moving each new incoming email.
You will quickly understand what to read first and you will not miss the really important emails!
ONLY IMPORTANT NOTIFICATIONS
BeC allows you to overcome the current limit based only on the activation or deactivation of notifications (on / off mode) with the risk that, if activated, they continuously distract you, while if deactivated they cause you to lose really important and urgent emails.
BeC also introduces cumulative notifications!
Regardless of the number of relevant emails in a particular time frame, instead of receiving a notification for each email, you will be disturbed only once for new and multiple priority emails!
If you have multiple phones, using the dedicated app you can set email notifications for each device independently. You will thus avoid double notifications and you will be able to divide the personal and work sphere.
AT HOME AND AT WORK
During your work, you are forced to manage a huge flow of inbound and outbound emails, which are increasingly difficult to organize and classify, and this negatively affects your productivity and work quality.
In the private sphere, however, you may want to read only the emails of your interest and want to be notified only for the important ones by deactivating notifications for the others. With BeC, you will revolutionize the management of your inbox which will become completely automatic, dynamic and personalized, in terms of organization, classification and notification of the emails received daily.
IT’S SAFE
We know how important is for you that your emails don't end up in the wrong hands.
With BeC your privacy is safe. BeC manages your data satisfying high standards of privacy and security and in compliance with current regulations regarding the protection of computer data.
