I went from working too hard just to make ends meet, feeling insecure about my life, not getting enough sleep, neglecting self-care, and having a fear of being successful - to working less/making more, claiming my Success, being Happy, feeling Empowered, living my best life, spending quality time with my family and supporting others.

2. Becoming S.H.E - Pro - Group coaching + One monthly group challenge and one 30 minutes pre-recorded motivational session. Join the Becoming S.H.E community, get support in setting your goals, track your progress, celebrate your wins, and join other powerful women who are claiming their journey of Becoming Successful, Happy & Empowered. 3. Becoming S.H.E Boot Camp (The SWITCH Framework) - "Empowering the I AM" - means actively defining who you are and using that definition as a guide for your Thoughts, Emotions, and Actions in life. A life coach gives you the time, space, and support to reclaim your life journey. This is group + 45 mins of 1:1 coaching monthly coaching package.

Coaching topics include but are not limited to:
1. Building new habits that are based on self-awareness
2. Discovering your inner and outer blocks
3. Reframing your Thoughts, Emotions and Actions towards your goals
4. Validating your core needs and creating a framework to address those needs
5. Creating a formula for Success, Happiness and Empowerment
6. Holding yourself accountable
7. Follow a proven step by step program

The SWITCH Framework - Group Coaching (Becoming S.H.E in 90 Days!!) - Becoming S.H.E is a process of unleashing your inner power and starting your journey to becoming Successful, Happy, and Empowered. You will focus on Self-Empowerment to actively define who you are and use that definition as a guide for the things you do in life. As a Self-Empowerment life coach and a healthcare professional, I am offering these group + 12 hours 1:1 coaching sessions as a space to help support Self-Awareness, Self-Empowerment, and Self-care.

The download of Becoming S.H.E is free of charge. There is no free trial. Should you use Becoming S.H.E app, we offer one of the following options:


Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. One Time Payments will only be charged one time initially.

Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. Readout full Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy:
