Practice prioritization
Use Shift Commander to work through a patient assignment, choose priorities, and review your decisions as the shift progresses.

Bring your simulation to more devices
Use the Apple Watch companion to provide live cues to standardized or simulated patients and receive case-specific learner alerts. On Apple Vision Pro, arrange spatial monitoring, patient records, and simulated infusion controls around your practice workspace.

On-device Apple Intelligence
Version 2.0 is updated for iOS 27 and Apple's Foundation Models. Supported conversations, study planning, and feedback use Apple's on-device model when available. Apple Intelligence features require a compatible device, Apple Intelligence enabled, and a downloaded, available model; availability varies by language and region.

iPhone and iPad require iOS 27 or iPadOS 27. The native Apple Vision Pro app requires visionOS 26.4 or later. Apple Watch live cues and learner alerts require a compatible connected iPhone and watchOS 26 or later.
