تأسست شركة الصباح في العراق عام 1959 بواسطة الحاج صباح (أبو خالد) لتكون شركة متخصصة بتصنيع الايس كريم في العراق. حافظت الشركة على رسالتها و مهمتها بتوسيع مسيرتها بواسطة الابناء لتكون جزءا من تأسيس مصانع الايس كريم في االعراق و الاردن منذ عام 1980 حتى أصبحت من أولى الشركات المساهمة في تأسيس مصانع الايس كريم في الشرق الأوسط.

هدفت شركة الصباح الى تطوير نفسها و التمسك برسالتها و بخبرتها المتوارثة منذ عام 1959 من جيل الى جيل ، فقامت بإنشاء شركة الصباح الذهبية بالعلامة التجارية ( بيلاتو ) في المملكة العربية السعودية عام ٢٠٢١ حيث تم تطويرها عن طريق خبرتها الواسعة المتوارثة عبر الأجيال بكادر عملي ذو خبرة عالية لتكون مصنعا متخصصا في صناعة الايس كريم فقد قامت الشركة بتطوير آلياتها و معداتها و تأسيس خطوط انتاج حديثة و متطورة تعمل بشكل آلي و بطاقات إنتاجية عالية لتغطي السوق المحلي و التصدير.

قدمت الشركة تشكيلة واسعة و متنوعة من منتجات الايس كريم ذو الجودة العالية بنكهات و اشكال مختلفة و بأسعار منافسة، و قد حصلت الشركة على شهادات عالمية ( (ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP نسبة الى جهود الشركة في تقديم افضل المنتجات و استخدام المواد الاولية عالية الجودة .
