Die Berliner Beihilfe-App richtet sich ausschließlich an die beihilfeberechtigten Personen, für die das Landesverwaltungsamt Berlin als zentrale Beihilfestelle fungiert. Mit ihr können Sie Ihre Belege (Arztrechnungen, Rezepte, Verordnungen) formlos und digital über Ihr Smartphone oder Tablet einreichen. Sie ist eine Alternative zum herkömmlichen, papierhaften Antrag auf beamtenrechtliche Beihilfe.
Die Nutzung der Berliner Beihilfe-App ist kostenlos. Nach dem einmaligen Registrierungsvorgang in der App (Eingabe der Identifikationsdaten, Akzeptieren der Nutzungsbedingungen und Einrichtung eines Passwortschutzes) können Sie sofort Ihre ersten Belege erfassen. Fotografieren Sie diese einfach mit der App oder scannen Sie – falls vorhanden – den aufgedruckten Barcode. Anschließend können Sie die Dokumente online an die Beihilfestelle im Landesverwaltungsamt Berlin übermitteln.
Nachdem Ihre Dokumente eingegangen sind, erhalten Sie eine Eingangsbestätigung als Nachricht auf Ihr Smartphone oder Tablet.
Für die Fotofunktion ist eine Kamera mit einer Mindestauflösung von 5 Megapixeln erforderlich.
