BEST NISA (BE Smart Township Nivasi Seva App) is a comprehensive app that enables residents to register complaints online related to different department such as Civil Estate, Water and Mechanical, Electrical, Horticulture through various sources like text, videos, images etc and provides information to other services in the township/city such as Police, Fire, Ambulance, BEL Hospital and other helpline details for emergency situations. App also provides info of current news/events in the city, it provides other department officials contact details for assistance related to different services in the township.
