HOW THE PREDICTION ACTUALLY WORKS
Answer a few questions about your age, your and your parents' heights, growth phase and lifestyle. BeTaller blends three published methods:
• Khamis-Roche (Pediatrics, 1994) — estimates adult height without a bone-age X-ray
• Vietnamese population height data from the NCD Risk Factor Collaboration (The Lancet, 2020)
• Mid-parental (Tanner) height
Khamis-Roche was built on a Western population and runs high for Vietnamese users, so we deliberately limit how much it counts and anchor the result to Vietnamese data instead. Every source is listed in the app under Sources, linked to the original paper.

A DAILY GROWTH SCORE
Sleep, nutrition and exercise combine into one 0–100 score, so everything you do today shows up immediately.

AI MEAL SCANNER
Photograph or describe your meal. BeTaller estimates calories, protein, calcium and vitamin D3 — it understands Vietnamese dishes like pho, com tam and bun bo — then suggests what to add for stronger bones.

A TRAINING PLAN BUILT WITH A PHYSIOTHERAPIST
A four-level, 12-week program of stretching, posture, bar-hang and core work, developed with a registered physiotherapist practising in Canada. All 41 exercises include setup, step-by-step instructions, breathing, the mistakes to avoid and safety notes.
