Betterness

Betterness is your health super app: your activities, your meals and your labs, finally in one place, with Bett-i as your coach, powered by Claude and GPT.

Most of your health data lives in separate apps. Betterness brings it together: your workouts from your watch, the meals you log, your lab results, and your sleep, all on one timeline. Then ask Bett-i, your AI coach, anything about it, powered by Claude or GPT.

ACTIVITIES
- Record any activity from your phone or your Apple Watch: running, cycling, strength, padel, tennis, yoga and dozens more.
- Every session becomes a story: your route, heart-rate zones, a timeline and the moments that mattered.
- Songs identified during your workout, sorted by the heart-rate zone they carried you into.
- Pick any exercise from the library and watch a demo video of the right form. Build sessions from blocks and log your sets on phone or wrist.
- Padel and tennis: your court, mapped from your session's GPS, with every shot on it (Elite, patent pending).
- Bett-i Vision: upload a video of your game and see body tracking drawn over it, with your heart rate on the video (Elite).

NUTRITION
- Snap a photo of your meal for an instant estimate of what's in it, and fix it in plain words.
- Tag the restaurant or place you ate at; with your permission, Bett-i suggests the places nearby.
- Meals sit next to your workouts and sleep, so you can see your whole day at once.

BIOMARKERS
- Upload any lab report PDF and see your results organised, in range or out, each explained in plain words.
- US members can order lab panels, drawn at Quest locations nationwide (BioReference in NY and NJ), with at-home draws where available. Each order is reviewed and issued by a physician in our partner clinical network.

ONE COACH FOR ALL YOUR DATA
- Ask Bett-i about your training, sleep, meals and labs.
- Choose the model you trust: Anthropic's Claude or OpenAI's GPT (Elite).

WORKS WITH WHAT YOU WEAR
- A full Apple Watch app: live heart rate with zone haptics, GPS route, strength sets, voice notes during your activity, song identification, Water Lock and complications.
- Live heart rate from Apple Watch, Garmin and Whoop (in heart-rate broadcast mode), or any standard Bluetooth chest strap.
- Works with the apps and devices you already use through Apple Health.

FREE PLAN
Activity tracking and stories, the Apple Watch app, heart rate from your devices, songs by zone, exercise demo videos, nutrition logging, lab upload and results, and Bett-i with 20 messages a day.

ELITE
Bett-i Vision, court mapping, your choice of Claude or GPT, and unlimited Bett-i. Lab tests are paid per order.

IMPORTANT
Betterness is a general wellness app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Its insights are for information, not medical advice; discuss any health decision with your clinician. Heart rate comes from your connected device, not from your phone's camera. Lab testing is available in the US only, subject to state availability.
