BEV Diag

BEV Diag reads your electric car's traction battery through an ELM327 or STN OBD adapter and shows what the battery controller reports: state of charge, state of health, capacity, cell voltages and more.

WHAT IT DOES
• Battery health: state of charge, state of health, capacity in Ah and Hx, read straight from the battery controller.
• Cell voltages: see every cell and spot a weak one before it costs you range.
• Road test: a guided 20 to 80 km/h acceleration test with charts of power and voltage sag.
• Session recording: record drives with GPS and export them to CSV or JSON.
• Battery card: a clean summary of your battery's health to share, handy when buying or selling a used EV.

SUPPORTED CARS
• Nissan Leaf AZE0 (2013 to 2017): supported
• Nissan Leaf ZE1 (2018 and newer): experimental
• Nissan Leaf ZE0 (2011 to 2013): experimental
Cars with a replaced or upgraded battery are recognised by the battery itself, not by the model year. More cars are planned.

WHAT YOU NEED
An ELM327 or STN OBD adapter with Bluetooth LE or WiFi. Classic Bluetooth adapters do not work with an iPhone. Not every adapter on the market works with every car.

FREE AND FULL VERSION
Basic values (state of charge, state of health, pack voltage and current, odometer) are free. A one-time purchase of the full version unlocks everything else. No subscription.

PRIVACY AND SAFETY
• The app only reads data from the car. It changes nothing in it.
• No account, no ads, no tracking. Your recordings stay on your phone unless you share them.
• Do not operate the phone while driving.
