BeyondAwake: Alarm Clock

BeyondAwake is the alarm that keeps coming back until you're actually up.

It rings on silent, in Focus, after a force-quit and after a restart. Swipe it away and it comes back within a minute, until the mission is done. That is the whole idea: you cannot turn it off in your sleep, so you get up.

HOW IT WORKS
Set an alarm and pick a wake-up mission. When it rings, the only way to stop it is to finish the mission: solve three math problems, scan an object across the room, walk a set number of steps, or do push-ups the camera counts. None of them can be done from under the covers, half-asleep.

IT ACTUALLY RINGS
The alarm not going off is the reason most people give up on alarm apps. BeyondAwake rings on silent and through Focus, survives a force-quit and a restart, and if you swipe it away it comes back within a minute. The built-in Setup Check runs through permissions, volume and Focus before you sleep, so you know it will ring before you need it to.

If you have ever swiped off an alarm half-asleep and gone straight back to bed, you already know willpower does not work at 7am. Your brain is foggy for the first ten minutes after waking. BeyondAwake is built for that ten minutes.

BeyondAwake is a subscription. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial; the monthly plan is billed from the first day. The price for your country is shown in the app before you pay. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
