Biofourmis Care empowers people with chronic medical conditions to better manage their health in a more personalized and engaging way. Biofourmis Care is a virtual care platform that includes patient education modules, appointment scheduling, daily tasks and reminders, audio, video, and text-based communication, among other features. It allows patients to connect with their care team members and monitor health related metrics via integration of traditional Bluetooth enabled medical devices.
