ustanoviti zajednička uređivačka načela i okvire profesionalnog rada novinara javnih servisa u BiH, Upravna tijela, poslovodstva i uposlenici Javnog radiotelevizijskog servisa Bosne i Hercegovine, Radiotelevizije Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine i Radiotelevizije Republike Srpske donose.
