Eenmaal ingelogd op de app, ziet u welke poolfietsen in welke fietsenstallingen, genaamd parking spots, beschikbaar zijn. U kan 20 minuten vooraf een fiets reserveren, het slot met de app openen en uw rit aanvangen. Onderweg kan u uw rit pauzeren. Bent u aangekomen bij een parkingspot beëindigt u de rit met de app en is de fiets weer beschikbaar voor een collega.
Werkgevers hebben dankzij deze app een beter zicht op het gebruik van de poolfietsen, het aantal ritten en de afstanden dit ermee afgelegd worden. Bovendien hoeft men niemand te belasten met het sleutelbeheer. Kortom, een belangrijke stap naar slim vlootbeheer.
