BillyBot

BillyBot — AI Operator for Flooring Businesses

BillyBot runs the back office so you can focus on the work. From first enquiry to signed RAMS documents, BillyBot handles quoting, job management, scheduling, and compliance — all from your phone.

AI-Powered Quoting
Upload handwritten notes, site photos, job sheets, or floor plans and BillyBot builds an accurate, professional quote using your own pricing and supplier costs. AI calculates total m², adds all
required items, and prevents underquoting.

RAMS Signing
Create Risk Assessments and Method Statements and send them directly to your operatives for finger-drawn signatures — no printing, no chasing, no scanning. Once signed, send the completed documents
straight to your customer or main contractor.

Job & Customer Management
Keep every job, quote, email thread, and customer detail in one place. Search, filter, and stay on top of your pipeline from anywhere.

Diary & Scheduling
Schedule prep, fitting, and survey appointments and assign operatives. Your team sees only their jobs — no confusion, no crossed wires.

Team Accounts
Invite fitters, estimators, and managers as sub-accounts under your business. Each operative has their own login and sees exactly what they need to.

Built for flooring contractors. Nothing generic. Nothing wasted.
