Description

Bindu is a minimalist iOS app for guided coherent breathing exercises. Choose a pattern - Relax, Balance, Energize, or Reset - hold the start anchor, and follow the slow rise and fall of the orb on screen.

A session runs about six minutes by default. The orb expands as you inhale and contracts as you exhale, with subtle haptic feedback that fades into the background.

Listen mode

When you want the calm without the structure, switch to Listen Mode for a generative ambient soundscape. Slow tones drift over a deep bowl pulse. Transport controls appear on the lock screen and in Control Center, so it keeps playing when the screen is off. Open-ended or with a timer (15, 30, 60 minutes).
