Bineyetna

"Where did the money go?"

Every building in Lebanon asks it, every month. Bineyetna answers it with proof.

Open any charge on your bill and the whole working is under it: what the building
actually paid for the fuel, what the common areas took, the rate that falls out of it,
your own meter readings, and the photo of the dial on the day it was read. Not a total
someone wrote on a slip. The arithmetic, in full.

WHAT YOU SEE
• Your balance, as one clear number.
• Every bill, itemized and numbered, for your apartment only.
• Behind every generator and water charge: the readings, the rate and the photo.
• This month taking shape, before the bill is even sent.
• The building fund: what is in it, what is promised out, what is free to spend.
• How many apartments have paid. Never who.
• A notification the moment a bill is ready, instead of a slip under the door.

ONLY YOUR OWN HISTORY
You see the bills for your time in the apartment and nothing else. A new family never
inherits the last resident's balance.

FOR THE BUILDING ADMIN
Record a cash payment and the receipt is on the payer's phone before you walk away.
Log an expense with a photo of the invoice. Read the meters on the stairs. Post a notice.
Review one total and send the month to everyone at once. Set up the building, the
apartments and the residents on the web at bineyetna.com/signup.

IN YOUR LANGUAGE
Arabic, English, French and Lebanese, with full right-to-left support. Everyone in the
building reads the same numbers in the language they prefer.
