BizCrew

Stop finding out what went wrong after it went wrong.

BizCrew gives every person in your business, from owner to ground staff, an AI that keeps things moving, tracked and never forgotten.

YOUR HIERARCHY, YOUR RULES
Describe your business in plain words, typed or spoken, and BizCrew's AI proposes your crew structure. That structure then decides how work, messages and AI flow through your business, not just how people look on a chart.

TASKS THAT KEEP MOVING
• Say or type an instruction and the assistant turns it into a tracked task: details pulled out, a due date, a suggested priority and a suggested person
• Break big jobs into subtasks, make one task wait for another, repeat daily or weekly checklists
• Attach a photo, a voice note, a document or your location
• Comment and tag a teammate with @
• Get a reminder before a task is due and an alert when it is overdue

AN ASSISTANT FOR EVERY LEVEL
Each morning brings a digest built for that person: what is due today and what is worth a look. Ask the assistant what is due, overdue or blocked, and add teammates to a chat with it.

YOUR CREW
See who works where and who reports to whom. Invite people by email or a share link. Each person sees the work for their own place in the crew.

NOTIFICATIONS
A push when a task is assigned or someone mentions you, plus the morning digest. Choose what you receive and when.

BUILT FOR YOUR KIND OF BUSINESS
Restaurants, clinics, construction, salons, logistics, retail and more. Start from the crew you already run.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL
Delete your account, or your whole business, from Settings at any time. Your data is encrypted and never sold. AI features ask your permission first.
