APPLE HEALTH
Blip works with the Apple Health app. It saves your interval workouts there: on iPhone with one tap or automatically, on Apple Watch as you train, with heart rate, active calories and an effort score estimated from your heart rate and age. Blip reads heart rate, active energy and date of birth only on Apple Watch, only during a workout, and never sends health data anywhere.

Blip collects no data. Your workouts stay on your devices and in Apple Health.
