• Podrás detallar al cuidador las tareas que tiene que hacer cada día para el cuidado del mayor y comprobar que las está realizando.
• Mandarás avisos al cuidador y podrás ver las incidencias que han podido surgir durante el día.
• Tendrás el control de la medicación y de que el cuidador le ha dado las tomas necesarias a tu familiar.
• Dispondrás de mensajería con el cuidador y con los profesionales de Sanitas Mayores, con el mejor asesoramiento de tu Coordinador de Cuidados.
• Verás el Plan de Cuidados Individualizado que el coordinador de Sanitas Mayores ha creado para mantener o mejorar el estado cognitivo y físico del mayor.
• Podrás contratar otros servicios para el cuidado del mayor en el domicilio: fisioterapia, enfermería, logopedia, médico, neuropsicología o terapia ocupacional entre otros.
• Nuestra aplicación usa HealtKit para poder actualizar tu información Salud de forma automática.
