Blue Checkbox

Blue Checkbox is an inspection app for iPad and iPhone, built for small businesses — garages, car rental companies, construction teams, and anyone who relies on paper checklists and inspection forms.

Build your own custom forms using 11 different elements including checkboxes, photos, text fields, signatures and dates. The form editor can be protected with a PIN to keep your structure secure. Forms can be shared between devices using AirDrop.

Once built, use your forms to run inspections and generate professional PDF reports you can print, email to a client, or share with your team in one tap. PDF reports are formatted for A4 or Letter automatically based on your region.

Unfinished inspections are saved as drafts so you can pick up where you left off. Every completed inspection is automatically saved to history so you can filter and browse past reports by date whenever you need them.

Works fully offline — reliable in workshops, on construction sites, or anywhere without a stable connection.

No account needed. No setup required. Download free and start your first inspection in minutes.
