Schedule your training. Browse the class calendar, book hitting and pitching sessions, and sign up for clinics — all in just a few taps. See real-time availability, get reminders before every session, and reschedule without the back-and-forth.

Follow your programming. Open the app and see exactly what's on the plan for today. Strength work, on-field skills, throwing programs, recovery — your coaches design it, and you follow along with clear instructions, video demos, and built-in tracking so nothing slips through the cracks.

Log your workouts. Check off sets, log reps and weights, and capture how each session felt. The app keeps everything organized so you (and your coaches) always know where you are in the plan.

Track your progress. Watch your numbers grow over time. Personal records, performance benchmarks, and key metrics (exit velo, spin rate, vertical jump, 10-yard split, and more) live in one place so you can see the work paying off — not just feel it.

Stay connected with your coaches. Message your coaches directly, get feedback on form, ask questions between sessions, and receive personalized notes on your programming. You're never training alone.
