Blueset

You went independent to work with people.
Not to spend your Sundays doing NDIS paperwork.

Blueset is the only app built specifically for independent NDIS support workers, therapists, and counsellors.

Schedule clients, invoice automatically, manage compliance, store documents, and keep secure notes — all in one place, built by people who've done this work themselves.

Your Business, Organised.

A live schedule showing every client, every shift, and everything that needs doing
- Automatic invoicing built from your schedule — finish a shift, your invoice is already done
- Secure client profiles with notes, documents, and shift history all in one place
- Shift notes that auto-create from your bookings — no more writing up after a long day

Your Compliance, Sorted
- Every NDIS policy and procedure template you need — written, compliant, and ready to go
- NDIS-compliant service agreements — download, customise, done
- Automatic reminders so your CPR, First Aid, insurance, and worker screening never lapse
- Built-in compliance tracking so you're covered before anyone asks

Your Money, Tracked
- Send invoices in two clicks, directly from your schedule
- The NDIS Line Item Finder — always know exactly what to charge for every service
- Track outstanding payments and business earnings at a glance

Never Left to Figure It Out Alone
- The Blueset Learning Centre — a full library of guides and resources for independent workers
- A digital profile that gets you found by coordinators and clients

Support from people who've actually done this work — not a helpdesk ticket and a 3-day wait
