Description
Most outboards and portable tanks have no fuel gauge you can trust. This app gives you an approximate one — and it gets smarter every time you fill up.
Tap START when the engine fires and STOP when you're done. The app tracks engine run-time and burns fuel down as you go, so you always know roughly how much is left and how far you can push it.
HOW IT WORKS • Big START / STOP run timer — survives a crash, force-quit, or reboot without losing a running session • Learns your burn rate (gallons per hour) automatically from each fill-to-full — no setup, and you can override it • Shows fuel left, % remaining, range, and estimated time left — tap the gauge to switch the readout • Pick a modern ring gauge or a classic needle dial
ON YOUR HOME SCREEN • A widget shows the fuel ring with a START/STOP button — no need to open the app • A Live Activity puts the live timer, fuel, and a STOP button on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island • The ring drains on its own — fuel is computed from time, so there's no background battery drain
EVERY TRIP, LOGGED • Record the GPS route, distance, and speed of each run and see the track on a map • Full history of every run, fill, and correction — edit or void any entry; nothing is ever truly deleted • Lifetime engine hours for maintenance tracking • Apple Watch companion with the same gauge and a START/STOP button on your wrist
BEYOND THE WATER The same fuel math works for generators, RVs, and other fuel-burning engines — anything with a tank, a runtime, and no gauge you'd trust.
HOW ACCURATE IS IT? It's an estimate, not a sensor. Fuel left = tank size − (run time × gallons-per-hour). Treat it as a dependable backup gauge and planning tool — not a replacement for keeping an eye on your actual tank.
