Bodhi Tree is a quiet companion for Buddhist practice and study, grounded in real scripture, in English and Traditional Chinese. It opens to today's teaching, a guided breath, and a single tap to sit. No accounts. No feed. No tracking.

Built for newcomers and longtime practitioners across Theravada, Zen, Tibetan, Pure Land, and broader Mahayana traditions, Bodhi Tree gathers what a practitioner actually reaches for: daily verses, sutras, guided Practice Paths, a meditation timer, and a private journal, all in one calm app that works offline.

WHAT'S INSIDE

• TODAY: A daily teaching tuned to the tradition you follow, with the day's verse and a single tap into Lotus Breath. Tap any verse to read deeper.

• PATHS: Six guided Practice Paths, each a week of short daily steps: Calm Anxiety, Following the Breath, Letting Go, The Four Hearts, Impermanence, and Sleep. Every path is completely free.

DESIGNED FOR PRACTICE, NOT ENGAGEMENT

Bodhi Tree is built around how practice actually works: slow, repeated, personal. There are no streaks that punish you, no notifications begging you back, no infinite feed. The Bell of Mindfulness reminders are gentle and configurable: a morning bell, a quiet midday pause, and an evening reflection, each one optional.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

Everything you write stays on your device: reflections, bookmarks, journal entries. The optional iCloud sync uses your personal iCloud account, never our servers. No third-party analytics, no advertising SDKs, no trackers. The only outside connections are the ones Apple requires for subscriptions and iCloud, plus the privacy and support links that open only when you tap them.

Meditation sessions can be saved to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes if you grant permission. You can turn that off entirely.

PREMIUM

Most of Bodhi Tree is free, including the meditation timer with all three bells, today's teaching, every Practice Path, the full sutra library, unlimited bookmarks, the daily check-in, and the thoughts journal.

Premium adds three things to your practice:
