Body Axis™ is a movement and mobility app designed to help you move better, build strength and control, and improve the way your body moves through everyday life and exercise.
Whether you are becoming more active, want to maintain mobility as you age, or already train regularly, Body Axis™ provides targeted movement plans for mobility, stability, strength, balance, coordination, and movement control.
Instead of giving everyone the same generic routine, Body Axis™ helps you choose plans based on the area you want to work on and what you are experiencing.
Choose whether an area feels stiff or tight, weak or unstable, has mild aches or discomfort, or you simply want to move better. Plans may focus on the neck and upper back, shoulders, middle back, lower back, hips, glutes, feet, and ankles.
Many plans involve more than one area of the body because movement does not happen in isolation. Hip mobility can influence how the lower back moves. Glute strength can affect pelvic control. Foot and ankle function can influence movement through the knees and hips.
Body Axis™ uses a three-part movement approach:
RESET
Movements designed to help reduce unnecessary tension and improve access to motion when appropriate.
CONTROL
Exercises that help develop strength, stability, coordination, and control through your available range of motion.
INTEGRATE
Movements that bring those improvements into more functional patterns for everyday movement, workouts, and physical activities.
Body Axis™ plans are focused and practical, making them useful on their own or alongside your existing fitness routine. Active adults can use Body Axis™ to work on mobility restrictions, improve control in specific ranges, and better prepare for strength training, recreational activities, and everyday movement.
You can also access full exercise demonstrations, adjust playback speed, enhance volume, and view exercises on a larger screen when supported by your device.
WHO IS BODY AXIS™ FOR?
Body Axis™ is designed for adults across a wide range of activity levels, including adults who are newer to structured movement and active adults who already walk, run, lift weights, or exercise regularly.
It may be a good fit if you want to improve mobility, strength, balance, stability, movement control, or movement quality, or if you want targeted movement work to complement your current routine.
WHAT BODY AXIS™ IS NOT
Body Axis™ is not physical therapy, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or injury rehabilitation.
The app does not diagnose the cause of pain, identify injuries, or replace individualized care from a physician, physical therapist, or other qualified healthcare professional.
Body Axis™ is not designed for acute injuries, recent surgery, fractures, severe or unexplained pain, significant swelling, numbness, tingling, sudden loss of strength, or other symptoms that may require medical evaluation.
It also does not provide individualized treatment for diagnosed medical or structural conditions that may require modifications specific to the individual.
If you are currently under the care of a physician, physical therapist, or other medical professional, follow their recommendations and speak with them before beginning a new exercise or movement program.
Never push through sharp, severe, pinching, or worsening pain. Stop any movement that does not feel appropriate for your body.
Body Axis™ is not about achieving perfect posture or forcing every body into one ideal position.
The goal is to help you develop useful mobility, strength, control, and confidence so you can move better in everyday life, exercise, and the activities that matter to you.
