Every measurement gets its own line chart. The trend badge in each header shows your net change (+2.5 cm / −4.2 kg) over your selected window so you always know which direction you're heading.

Set a personal goal for any measurement and a dashed target line appears on its chart. Filter by 3, 6, or 12 months, or set a custom date range. Drag to reorder charts to match your priorities.

PROGRESS PHOTOS:
Document your transformation with progress photos. Browse them in a full-screen viewer with a thumbnail filmstrip to quickly scrub through your visual timeline. Pinch to zoom, double-tap to toggle. Every photo shows its date.

SYMMETRY COMPARISON:
The Symmetry section automatically compares your left and right side for all bilateral measurements - biceps, forearms, thighs, and calves - so you can spot and correct imbalances before they become habits.
