Body Measurements Tracker App

Track the measurements and photos that matter. Stay motivated on your weight-loss journey.

You want to make a positive change, and you want to actually see it happening. Progress tracks your body measurements, weight, BMI, body fat, and progress photos in one place, so you can watch your real story unfold week by week. No judgement, no pressure, no aggressive fitness talk. Just a clear picture of how far you've come.

Since 2012, tens of thousands people have reached their weight-loss goals with Progress, and you can too.

TRACK MORE THAN WEIGHT
The number on the scales isn't the only one that matters. Track waist, hips, chest, arms, thighs, body fat, BMI, and anything else that helps you see your progress. Build a fuller picture of your body, not just a single number.

PROGRESS PHOTOS
Before and after photos make small changes feel real. Take a photo whenever you like, compare any two side by side, and watch the story your body is telling. Photos stay private on your device.

BMI CALCULATOR & TRACKER
Calculate your BMI in seconds and watch how it changes over time. We'll show you where you sit, without the lecture.

BODY FAT TRACKING
Log body fat percentage and follow it as your body composition shifts. Useful when the scales aren't moving but you can feel things changing.

WEIGHT LOSS TRACKER
Whether you're losing, gaining, or maintaining, clean charts and gentle reminders help you stay focused on the journey, not just the destination.

GOALS THAT FIT YOUR LIFE
Set a weight goal, a measurement goal, or no goal at all. Progress works for every kind of journey, whatever you're working towards.

APPLE HEALTH & FITBIT
Sync seamlessly with Apple Health and Fitbit, so your numbers stay up to date without extra work.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Your measurements, photos, and notes stay yours. We don't track you, share your data, or show ads.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What can I track in Progress?
Weight, body fat, BMI, waist, hips, chest, arms, thighs, neck, calves, and any other measurement that matters to you. You can also add progress photos and notes.

Is Progress a BMI calculator?
Yes. Progress is a full BMI calculator and tracker. Enter your height and weight and we'll calculate your BMI, then track how it changes over time.

Can I compare before and after photos?
Yes. Take progress photos any time and compare any two side by side. It's the easiest way to see changes the scales might miss.

Does Progress sync with Apple Health?
Yes, two-way, so your weight and measurements stay in sync with the rest of your health data. Fitbit is supported too.

Is Progress free?
Yes, you can start tracking for free. Pro unlocks progress photos, unlimited measurement areas, custom reports, past-data entry, Fitbit sync, and more.

Will I be judged for my weight or my goals?
Never. Progress is body positive by design. Every body is different and every goal is valid, whether you're losing weight, gaining muscle, or just want to understand your body better.

How is Progress different from a regular weight tracker?
A weight tracker shows you one number. Progress shows you the whole picture: weight, body measurements, body fat, BMI, and photos, all in one place. When the scales aren't moving, your measurements and photos often tell you they are.

Is my data private?
Yes. Your measurements and photos are stored privately on your device and synced through your own iCloud. We don't sell, share, or look at your data.

Can I use Progress without a goal?
Yes. Set a goal if it helps you stay motivated, or just track for understanding. Both are valid.
