We use the following formulas to calculate body fat:
• Male formula:
Body Fat Percentage = 86.010 × log10(waist - neck) - 70.041 × log10(height) + 36.76
• Female formula:
Body Fat Percentage = 163.205 × log10(waist + hip - neck) - 97.684 × log10(height) - 78.387
The app classifies the results based on the body fat percentage ranges:
• For women:
• Thin: ≤ 21%
• Normal: 21% - 33%
• Overweight: 33% - 39%
• Obese: ≥ 40%
• For men:
• Thin: ≤ 8%
• Normal: 8% - 20%
• Overweight: 20% - 25%
• Obese: ≥ 25%
The user interface is sleek, modern, and intuitive. You can easily share or copy your results, with an option to generate a stylish image to share on social media or with friends without requiring any permissions. It’s the easiest and most accurate way to monitor your fitness progress and body composition.
