ベンチプレスを100kg挙げたら、それが何を意味するのか。
Bodygraphは、あなたの記録を7段階のランクに変えて、人体図の色として見せます。

■ 無料でできること
トレーニングの記録、カレンダーでの振り返り、自分の種目の追加。
アカウントを作らなくても使えます。

■ サブスクリプションでできること
21の筋肉それぞれのランクと、色がついた人体図。
胸は上部・中部・下部、背中は広背筋・上背部・下背部・僧帽筋、肩はフロント・ミドル・リア。
弱いところが、見た瞬間に分かります。
※ ランクと人体図の閲覧には、自動更新サブスクリプションへの加入が必要です。

■ 7段階のランク
ブロンズ、シルバー、ゴールド、プラチナ、ダイヤモンド、チャンピオン、オリンピアン。
記録した重量と回数から1回挙上できる重量を推定し、体重で補正して判定します。
体重が違えば、同じ100kgでも意味が変わります。

■ 1つの種目が、複数の筋肉に効く
ベンチプレスは胸だけでなく、肩のフロントと三頭筋にも入ります。
スクワットは前ももとお尻とハムストリングス。
ただし、その種目だけで上げ切れる範囲には限度があります。
肩を最高ランクにするには、ショルダープレスが必要です。

筋トレ歴から、選んだ目標ランクに届くまでの目安を表示します。
