BodyMetrics: Stats Tracker

BodyMetrics is a measurement log that stays on your phone. Enter what you measured and each entry is dated the moment you add it, so the history builds itself as you go. There is no account, no sign up and no server, because there is nothing here that needs one.

WHAT YOU CAN LOG
- Weight in kilograms.
- Waist and hip in centimetres.
- Body fat percentage, from whatever method you use.
- Your height in centimetres, entered once and remembered for BMI.
Every field is optional, so you log only what you measured that day.

WHAT IT WORKS OUT
Each figure comes from your most recent entry.
- BMI, from your weight and the height you set once.
- A plain BMI classification alongside the number.
- Lean mass in kilograms, from weight and body fat percentage.
- Waist to hip ratio, which tracks a change in shape that the scale alone will not show you.

WHAT ELSE IT DOES
- Keeps a dated history you can scroll, with each entry showing what was recorded. The 30 most recent entries are listed on screen.
- Deletes any of the 30 most recent entries.
- Shares the whole log as CSV text through the share sheet, so you can send it to yourself or paste it into a spreadsheet.

WHY IT IS BUILT THIS WAY
Body measurements are personal data. Most trackers send them somewhere. This one has no network code at all, so there is nothing to send them to. The trade is deliberate: no cloud backup and no sync between devices, and in exchange nobody but you ever sees the numbers. The CSV text you share out is your only backup, and it belongs to you.

WHO IT IS FOR
Anyone in the middle of a training block, a weight change or a recomposition, who wants the record kept simply and kept private.

BodyMetrics is a log, not a medical device or medical advice. It does not diagnose anything and it makes no claim about outcomes.

PRIVACY
No accounts, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no network requests. Your measurements are stored on the device and go nowhere else.
