No straps, no wearables to charge, no camera. Put your AirPods in and it works.
HOW IT WORKS
• Calibrates itself. In the first ten seconds of each session it learns your upright, so a new chair or a laptop on the sofa does not throw it off.
• Sitting sessions. Every degree of head drift, as it happens, and how long you spend below your line.
• Walking sessions. A walk starts on its own after ten seconds and stops when you do. See how much of it you spent looking up.
• Fatigue. BodySignals notices when your posture starts to sink and how quickly, so you see when you are getting tired, not just that you are.
A NUDGE, NOT A NAG
Choose precise, calm or off. Nothing comes before a full minute past your own line, and calm mode reminds you at most every 15 minutes. Alerts reach you in your AirPods, on your iPhone or on Apple Watch.
SEE THE LONG VIEW
One sitting tells you little. Weeks of them tell you when, where and for how long you lose your posture, and whether the change you made is working.
• Body score for sitting and walking, and a calendar of every day
• Trends that say when each pattern started and whether it still holds
• Insights in plain words, like sinking faster in long sessions, or slouching more after short nights
CHALLENGES BUILT FROM YOUR OWN DATA
Pick a goal set from your own recent weeks, like slouching 15% less in 14 days. The target is fixed the day it starts, so a win is a real change.
MADE FOR THE WAY YOU SPEND YOUR DAY
Students bent over notes. Parents feeding and carrying for hours. Engineers lost in code. Drivers on long runs. Anyone never without a phone in hand. BodySignals learns your routine and shows you what to change.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your sessions, scores and insights stay on your iPhone. No account, no ads, and we never sell data. Sensors are read only while a session runs, so your battery lasts as it always does.
FREE AND PREMIUM
Free, and staying free: sitting and walking sessions, Body score and calendar, your current insight, and slouch alerts.
Premium adds long-term history, deeper insights, challenges and Apple Health, where your walks and daily posture sit beside your steps and sleep.
Premium is $6.99 a month or $49.99 a year. Payment is charged to your Apple ID and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings.
WORKS WITH
AirPods Pro, AirPods (3rd generation and later) and AirPods Max, in your ears. iPhone required.
