BOHAV

BOHAV is an app designed for businesses to rate customers and express their first-hand experience with them. For so long, large and small business owners have felt the inequality of an unjust rating system, with many customers leaving unfair and abusive reviews. False and untrue comments can negatively affect your establishment's reputation and leave you feeling discouraged. BOHAV tips the scales of justice in your favor and provides you the platform to showcase your authentic experiences with clients. Whether you are a landlord, plumber, rental manager, or any sort of business owner, leave feedback on any client you’ve dealt with. With BOHAV’s friendly 24/7 customer support, it is the perfect platform for customer reviews.

HELPFUL REVIEWS FOR SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS

Many small businesses in service sectors, such as retail, healthcare, real estate, and others often have to deal with rude and unruly clients. It’s not out of the ordinary to deal with consumers that disrespect property and merchandise. If you are a landlord, you may experience tenants that ruin or destroy your building. Apartments and condos are other targets of mischievous behavior and must be protected at all costs. This is why owners of restaurants, property managers, commercial real estate workers, and any small business owner will find this app extremely helpful. You can review customers that have been in your establishment or used your service, ultimately helping other business owners significantly. Also, BOHAV plays some part in customer relationship management (CRM) by keeping track of customer interactions and recording data on them.

LEAVE DETAILED REVIEWS

BOHAV encourages detailed reviews so you can both express and learn about customers and clients in-depth. Also, you can upload pictures of messy settings or situations as evidence to prove your point. On the other hand, you will learn about good clients that do not cause issues and are worth your time.

PERFECT FOR LANDLORDS

BOHAV is the app you need for your small business. Review clients on a scale from -5 to +5, ultimately making sure all business owners are aware of problematic clients. If you are a landlord, you will find this app especially helpful. Landlords commonly deal with tenants that damage property, don’t pay, bounce checks, leave without notice, are noisy party animals, and so on. Reviewing these tenants will let other landlords and realtors know which ones they should stay away from to protect their property. Eventually, saving you precious money and time.
