boothMGR is the management app for photo booth rental businesses. Events, devices, printer media, handovers and trips – all in one place, clear and always at hand.

PLAN EVENTS
- Create events with date, time and location
- Assign photo booth, magic mirror, printer and audio guest book – devices already booked are detected
- Set up packages and upgrades with prices and select them per event
- Per-event calculation: rental price, travel costs, setup time and staff costs at a glance

MEDIA KITS & WAREHOUSE
- Scan DNP media kits via NFC – remaining prints are read directly from the chip
- Add media kits without a chip and from any other manufacturer manually
- Create custom media types with print count and purchase price
- Media forecast: early warning if printer media are missing for upcoming events
- Manage rental items and accessories in the warehouse and assign them to events

TRIP TO THE EVENT
- Departure reminder based on route, setup time and travel buffer
- Countdown to departure on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island
- Event distances are calculated automatically via Apple Maps

HANDOVER & RETURN
- Digital handover protocol with customer and lessor signatures, setup photo and your own legal text – shareable as PDF

SUBSCRIPTION
boothMGR is available as a monthly or yearly subscription or as a one-time purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
