WHY BRAHMA MUHURTA?

Ancient texts including the Ashtanga Hridayam describe Brahma Muhurta as the time when the mind is clearest, the body is rested, and the veil between the material and spiritual is thinnest. Waking at this time is said to bring clarity, creativity, and a deep sense of peace to the entire day.

Brahma Alarm makes this practice effortless, reliable, and beautifully simple.

Start your day before the world wakes up.
