Take control of screen time and build better digital habits with a powerful and intuitive app blocker.

Block distracting apps using Apple’s Screen Time API. Select the apps to limit—once blocked, they stay inaccessible unless unlocked through a mindful process.

When unlocking an app, set a custom usage time. After that time ends, the app is automatically re-blocked to help maintain focus and reduce distractions.

Each unlocked session contributes to a ranking system that tracks how much time is spent on selected apps. At the end of the day, rankings adjust based on usage—creating a light, gamified incentive to stick to screen time goals.

Track progress through a detailed analytics view, showing both individual app usage and a total overview of all selected apps. Gain insight into habits and make more informed decisions about daily screen time.
