Description

Convenient access to your Slack status from the device you always carry with you.

From your Apple Watch or iPhone:

- See your Slack status
- Add and edit status presets
- Change your Slack status
- Clear your Slack status
- Add widgets to your iPhone and Watch showing your current status at a glance
- Integrate with other apps and Siri using Shortcuts

I made brb because I believe Slack status is an important part of asynchronous communication and expectation setting in a distributed company. I often find myself walking away from my desk forgetting to update my status. I purposely leave my phone at my desk which is why I designed brb from the ground app to work on Apple Watch.
