Breathe Easy: Breathing Timer

Breathe Easy is a breathing timer for iPhone and Apple Watch that keeps going with the screen off: the session stays on the Lock Screen, and on your wrist the watch taps out every phase. Pick a rhythm, lock your iPhone, put it face down and breathe: the sound cues carry on, and the Lock Screen shows the phase.

ON YOUR WRIST
On Apple Watch, Breathe Easy taps out every phase: a rising tap to breathe in, a falling one to breathe out, so you can breathe with your eyes closed. Start it from a watch face complication or, on Apple Watch Ultra, the Action button. The free practices work on the watch on their own; Pro, your custom pattern, your color theme and your preparation length come from your iPhone.

WHY IT KEEPS GOING
Breathe Easy runs the session like a music player, so your iPhone keeps it going with the screen locked: the Lock Screen shows the phase, Pause and Play, and an End button.

CALM BY DESIGN
One screen, one orb that breathes with you, a countdown you can read from across the room, and nothing that nags: no streaks, no pop-ups, and the daily reminder stays off unless you turn it on.
