Brother Care application is design for “Brother Customer, Partner and Brother Sales Team”, for registered and Track completes.

- Call status- Check status of pending and close call with Check call log date, Call Current status, Service Type, ASP Name, Call Type, Serial no., Model no, Close Date, Problem reported, Pending reason, Action, Track engineer location after accept call, Provide service feedback after closer of call*.
- My Registered Product- Check Model no, Invoice No, Product Name, Product Category, Status of product registration.
- Call Register- Select Registered product serial no and Enter Problem
- Product Registration- Required Product serial no, Dealer/ Brother Partner Name, Select State, City, Invoice no, Invoice correct date as per invoice and upload invoice copy also you can subscription for email and SMS as per your requirement also you can fill details how you know about this product.
- Know your ASP- Select State from you are and enter City or area where you are looking for service centre.
- Check Warranty- select registered product or enter manually serial no of printer to check status of warranty.
- Live Chart- You can chart brother customer care for any help for support which is free.
- Notification- Get alert of any activity regarding your registered product to you get hear.
