- Fully turn-based. Nothing moves until you press "Next month". No timers, no waiting.
- Projects from detached houses to skyscrapers, airports and maglev lines, up to national megaprojects and space-scale works
- Every project type has its own rendering, so you can see what you are about to build
- Sites change as the work progresses: cleared ground, excavation, foundations, steel frame, cladding, completion. Bridges, tunnels and offshore wind each build in their own way.
- Bidding tactics driven by technical score, standing, sales strength and your relationship with the client
- Choose how your people work. Closing the site two days a week costs money and time, but morale and retention rise, and you avoid the overtime breaches that end in debarment from public bidding.
- Payroll is not just salary. The employer's share of health, pension, unemployment and workers' compensation insurance falls due every month, and the workers' comp rate rises after an accident and falls when you invest in safety, exactly as the merit system works
- Department levels, hiring and staff traits, bank finance, investment projects, M&A and overseas expansion
- Everything you finish stays in the city on the home screen, built as itself - your own skyline takes shape.
- Name your own developments and hold them: rent comes in every month, for as long as you own them.

- Subcontractors - build your trade base, sign exclusive partners, negotiate rates and payment terms
- Superintendents - grow them on site, post a job ad to hire in, and reassign them all in one go
- Pay and benefits - set monthly pay and bonus months per grade, then design nine benefit programmes (company housing, rent subsidy, away postings, site allowance, licence support, family allowance, occupational health, an employee share plan and retirement pay) as unit price x people covered. How many people qualify moves with your offices and the age of the firm
- Shares and listing - hold client shares and float the company to raise capital beyond the banks. Your own share price moves with operating margin and the market, and a cheap-looking company invites a takeover bid
