Build Momentum: Gym Tracker

Build Momentum is the gym tracker for people who start strong and then drop off. It does two things brilliantly:

IT PICKS TODAY'S WORKOUT FOR YOU.

Open the app and there's one session ready to go, no decision fatigue, no scrolling a thousand exercises. Tap Start and log a set in two taps. Weights and reps pre-fill from last time.
A STREAK YOU CAN'T BREAK.

Most apps punish you for missing a day. Build Momentum counts by the WEEK, so rest days never hurt you, and a "freeze" protects your streak through a missed week.
