Plan:
So, you’ve started your flip: what comes next? You can start with one of our expert templates and customize to fit your project. Still need help? You can invite a GC through the app to help you put the final budget together. Once the Plan is complete and agreed upon, it is locked in, and can be contracted against.

Fund:
Every project in the platform receives its own Project Wallet. This wallet is owned by the Investor, but belongs to the property under construction. The money in that Project Wallet can be used only for that project and according to the Project SOV (Schedule of Values). This ensures a safe and simple distribution of funds for every phase of that project.

Manage:
Once the Plan is set and funds are in place, the machine goes to work: Contracts are extended and accepted inside the program, and Subcontractors work exclusively in the app. Contracts, invoices, and change orders are all initiated, executed, and stored in the app—anytime, anywhere, 24/7.

Pay:
This is the first end-to-end Fintech app that handles the direct payment of Subcontractors and Material Providers. Upon approval of an invoice, funds are automatically transferred to the recipients’ Digital Wallet. Upon receipt, they can transfer them to their bank through a next-day ACH transfer. No more paper invoices or checks!
