Description
Bunniki organizes the documents and source folders (vaults) you choose into an LLM-powered wiki workspace that can be browsed on iPad and in Mac compatibility mode.
Create a session, connect local sources, choose a provider, and turn scattered materials into structured Markdown wiki pages. Original files remain read-only, and generated output is saved to a separate output library selected by the user.
Bunniki is useful for organizing research notes, creative projects, product documentation, study materials, worldbuilding notes, and other information spread across many files.
Key features: - Supports iPad and iPad app compatibility mode on Apple Silicon Mac - Generate a wiki from selected source folders, Markdown files, text files, and PDFs with selectable text - Refresh an existing wiki by adding new sources - Review source consistency before creating or refreshing a wiki - Detect issues that can affect wiki quality, such as conflicting descriptions, setting conflicts, and requirement conflicts - When conflicts are found, review related file excerpts inside the app and provide additional instructions for wiki generation - Browse pages with internal wiki links and a web-style reader - Ask questions based on the generated wiki context - Translate an existing wiki into supported languages - Generate additional translated wiki versions during wiki creation - Keep the app language, session output language, wiki generation language, and answer language consistent - Supports English, Korean, Japanese, Spanish, German, and French - Choose from Apple Foundation Models, OpenAI API, Codex OAuth, or a local OpenAI-compatible server - Use the bundled demo without external authentication
Bunniki is local-first. The app only reads files and folders selected through the iPadOS document picker. It does not directly modify external source files. When needed, revision proposals are provided as separately exportable files.
Network providers are optional. Before sending wiki context, prompts, questions, translation content, or source review content to an external provider, Bunniki shows a data transfer notice.
