Easy to use app will calculate the total monthly payment as well as the closing cost needed for a home purchase. App is pre-loaded with the most common home buyer loan programs currently in use.
Step 1: You enter some basic information about the property, such as zip code, purchase price, HOA dues and any other assessments, any seller credits and an estimated closing date.
Step 2: Choose from the pre-loaded loan program options (such as VA, FHA, etc.).
Step 3: Choose the rate to use (the app fetches the regional real-time rates and average origination fees for the program you selected).
Step 4: Tap CALCULATE and there you have it - the TOTAL monthly payment (including things like insurance, taxes, mortgage insurance if any). Also, see the cash needed to close.
You can save different estimates and go back to them later, refreshing the numbers with current interest rate and cost figures.
There is an Amortize Calculator included for quick loan, payment, rate, term and remaining balance calculations.
